• Wilson represents more than a century of leadership in the design, production, distribution, and support of superior livestock, grain, flatbed, and gooseneck trailers.
• Wilson Trailer Company is probably most widely known today for having developed and popularized our current aluminum Drop Center livestock trailer. But it all began in 1890 when Frank Wilson established a small wagon and carriage shop in the Huron Territory of South Dakota before moving to Sioux City, Iowa. Today, the business is operated under the direction of the fourth generation of that same Wilson family.
• In addition to its headquarter offices in Sioux City, Iowa, Wilson operates four modern production plants. One is in Yankton, South Dakota, another is in Moberly, Missouri, and two additional production facilities in Sioux City, Iowa. It is with pride and confidence that we offer a complete line of genuine quality Livestock, Grain, Flatbed, and Gooseneck trailers which are produced at these locations.
• Beginning in 1890, "Customer Satisfaction Through Quality Products & Services" was Wilson's guiding principle. Today, and as we look to the future, Wilson continues with a commitment to superior products and service. It's that daily, company-wide dedication to excellence in every detail that keeps Wilson Trailer Company a leader in our industry. It is gratifying to see our customers proudly moving up, down and across the highways of North America with their Wilsons - "a good name to have behind them!"
